Each order is carefully packed in protective materials suited to the fragility of the products. Porcelain and crystal items benefit from reinforced packaging with protective foam and secure cushioning to guarantee their integrity during transport.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Morocco time) Monday to Friday are processed the same day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

A confirmation email with a tracking number is sent to you as soon as the order is dispatched. You can also track your order via WhatsApp by contacting our customer service.

All our deliveries are insured against breakage and loss. In case of a problem upon receipt, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the package and we will take care of the replacement.
